FCA 360 Sports Australia (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) is a vibrant not-for-profit organisation depending on generous donations. Proudly registered with ACNC and ASIC, we're aiming high with a 2026 budget of $500,000 to cover exciting national development and expansion, expand our reach and support of athletes and coaches, support our team, and cover daily expenses.

We're eager to expand our FCA 360 Sports TEAM PARTNERS—a dynamic group of amazing individuals who keep our mission alive with regular fortnightly or monthly donations. In just 2 years since our first full-time staff member came on board, we've grown tremendously. Our team is strong, but we need more passionate people, like you, to join us and help turn this God-given vision into reality, seeing Jesus transform the world of sports.

Chairman's National Development Fund

360 Sports Australia seeks to transform the world of sport by Jesus Christ through the impact of coaches and athletes. This is vital to engage, equip and empower coaches and athletes to live life to the full: physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. More and more people are seeking deep spiritual truth, as many are without an enduring sense of identity and purpose. We do this through 1-1 and small huddle group mentorships, connecting churches to serve sporting communities, with larger connecting events such as camps and gatherings.

Executive Director

Jim been involved in sports ministry for over 30 years. His role is to engage, equip and empower a national team of staff and volunteers to transform the world of sport through a relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. Jim is raising funds for fulltime role, ministry expenses, and national ministry growth. 

Field Director

Kade leads the field ministry expansion and development . He played in the AFL, before settling in Canberra where he has been a successful player / coach. He is passionate about developing faith communities in the sports world. Kade is raising his support to work 4 days per week in 2026

Area Representative

Marcus is a Canberra local and was part of the ACT Brumbies junior rugby development program. He is focussed on developing the ministry in the ACT, developing Sports Huddles in schools, and running a variety of camps and academies that combine faith and sport. . He is raising support to work 4 days per week in 2026.
